2004 POST-STAMPEDE REPORT

Fellow Bull Riders,

I trust everyone made it home safely after a long day of riding the Raging Bull. Thank you so much for making the time to join the Stampede. Being a new event, and an all-day one, I know you took a risk by committing yourself for the whole day. I hope you feel it was worth your time and money. I greatly enjoyed meeting every one of you. It was also a pleasure to see so many good-looking rides. Those of you who couldn't make it, I think it is safe to say that you missed a fun and exciting day of driving and a chance to meet some nice people. I hope you can make it to the next one.

Many many thanks go out to Pat Klingler, President of the 350Z Roadster Club (www.350ZRC.com) for his sponsoring the event as well as providing critical support of the event through use of his club's web site, creating a dedicated registration page, and allowing everyone to access the Participant Guide online. He also put a lot of time into spreading the word about the Stampede through numerous other forums. He was a true partner and played a key role in making the Stampede a success.

I owe many thanks to Russell Z. for spending much time spreading the word of this event through the internet.

I also want to take this opportunity to thank:
Mike Morrison, Parts Manager, Maxwell Nissan-Round Rock, Austin. He donated the NISMO accessories (worth over $100) that were given away in the drawing at the post-Stampede dinner. I have known Mike at Round Rock Nissan for many years, and I don't trust any other service shop with my car for service and repairs. Check them out if you live in Austin.

Dave Henricks, Parts Manager, Austin Infiniti. He donated the Stillen Hi Flow Cold Air Intake for G35 (worth $200+) which was also given away in the drawing. I greatly appreciate his enthusiasm and support of our event.

Greg a.k.a. AZhitman, President and Owner of NICO (Nissan Infiniti Car Owners) Club (www.nicoclub.com) for donating three t-shirts that were also given away in the drawing.

After the Stampede, seven of us went to Rudy's BBQ for a relaxing dinner. At the end of the night, we did the drawing for the prizes that were donated for this event. Here are the winners:

This is the first Stampede I have done, so I would greatly appreciate your feedback and suggestions. When we plan for the next one, your input will help make it better. In the next a couple of days, I will email you a scorecard. I would appreciate your taking a few minutes to provide your feedback.

Take care y'all. It was a blast riding the Raging Bull with you.
